Your mission

You will be responsible for delivering a high level of support to key stakeholders. This position is challenging with a high degree of financial reporting and analysis, proactive thinking, responsibility and autonomy. Working in a fast paced environment, the successful candidate will have a diverse role and be in contact with multiple stakeholders both local and overseas.

Key responsibilities

As the Inventory & Sales Planning Manager, you will be responsible for but not limited to the following: • Execute all facets of the S&OP process to provide an optimum working capital performance • Partner with the sales team, to ensure the demand consensus process delivers an agreed upon, workable volume forecast (mid and long term); ensure gaps and overlaps are addressed • Collaborate with national Product Mgmt, Supply Chain, Finance to ensure the appropriate data is available to be reviewed at the S&OP process meetings and establish company’s Supply plan. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the sales & product development teams to jointly drive sales and efficiency • Identify and resolve internal and external problems, in conjunction with the GM of Operations

Your profile

The successful candidate will possess: • Supply Chain understanding with extensive ERP planning experience • 5+ years manufacturing, supply chain, planning or order fulfilment experience. • Ability to work under pressure & effectively handle conflict • Ability to demonstrate flexibility in work style to accommodate changing priorities • Advanced Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills and process driven • Excellent team player with a strong work ethic
