Your mission

Dorel Juvenile is looking for someone to join our eCommerce business as part of our Consumer Engagement group at our Foxboro, MA location and help drive the eCommerce growth strategy for the U.S. This is a catalyst role responsible for driving growth and profit across our online marketplaces (including,, and and ultimately D2C channels. The Senior eCommerce Product Manager will have a passion for the latest eCommerce trends and significant experience with high growth best practices, especially with Amazon. The ideal candidate will have strong partnering skills in balance with their technical know-how and bias toward action. As the Senior eCommerce Product Manager, you will be a recognized leader in selling consumer packaged goods online. You will also engage on a regular basis with Dorel brand teams to ensure successful new product and technology launches. This team co-owns eCommerce sales goals with U.S. sales leadership and remote account sales teams. Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, this role and team works closely with eCommerce Operations to catalyze new projects that reduce costs, improve efficiency and ultimately keep our vendor score cards at best-in-class levels.

Key responsibilities

Work with and influence internal partners in Sales, Brand and Operations to increase eCommerce sales revenue, improve profitability and optimize online advertising efficiency. Management of major sales-driving eCommerce initiatives within areas that include marketing, consumer experience, technology (3rd party solutions), product availability, business intelligence, and operations. Evaluate and execute technologies to support our growing company and product base. This includes keeping a pulse on the latest innovations and technologies that meet the business’ needs and managing the end-to-end execution and implementation. Provide regular data analysis, reporting & insights that drive actions to support our eCommerce growth. Partner with Brand to optimize advertising on eTail partner sites as well as brand sites. Partner with Operations to catalyze major new cross-functional eCommerce initiatives. Evangelize eCommerce best practices and achieve employee adoption of new technology and processes.

Your profile

Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Management or Business. Master’s degree ideal but not required. Prior project management experience, with proven ability to lead & influence teams of cross-functional partners, including executives. Track record of prioritizing and successfully delivering multiple initiatives on-time in an eCommerce or Digital space. Four to six years prior experience working in at least one of the following areas: Digital/eCommerce Sales & Marketing reporting & analysis, Inventory/Operations or eCommerce merchandising. Web systems integration expertise. Proven track record in Web operation/administration. Engineering and application development. Deep understanding of how web technologies can be best utilized to meet the needs of the business. Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle of specific Web solution engineering projects. Superior analytical skills, with past experience in obtaining data. Must have a bias for action, strong attention to detail and a comfort level with ambiguity. Balance of left brain (quantitative analysis, data-driven) & right brain (creativity, out-of-the box thinking) approach to driving results in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Additional Preferences include: Experience working with Salsify, Web Collage, Content Analytics, Clarabridge, Magento, Bynder, Google Analytics, JD Edwards, One Click Retail, Channel Advisor along with Premium brand marketing and/or ecommerce experience.
